| Strawberries and Grand Marnier Cream Crepini |
Ingredients
12 naked crepes 7 inch each. Defrost them.
¼ cup of brown sugar
2 cups of sliced strawberries
2 tablespoons of Grand Marnier
1 cup of whipped cream
Preparation
Add part of brown sugar to Strawberries to taste and set aside.
Beat the remaining brown sugar, whipped cream and Grand Marnier.
Put each naked crepe into a microwave oven for approximately 10 seconds
Serve the whipped cream filling and berries on naked crepes or pancake.

| Blue Cheese and Pear Crepini |
Ingredients
12 naked crepes 7 inch each
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 pears cored and cut into thin slices
1/8 cup crumbled blue cheese
1/8 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
Put 3-4 slices of pear and half teaspoon of crumbled blue cheese and half teaspoon grated Parmesan cheese on each crêpe. Fold Crepe in the middle Set aside filled crêpes.
Add 2 tablespoons to large skillet and heat on low flame until golden brown on each side.

| Lamb Crepini with Yogurt and Mixed Green Salad |
Ingredients
12 naked crepes 7 inch each
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 lb of ground lamb
1/2 small onion
Salt, Black pepper – preferably fresh, a few pinches of Oregano
1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
Preparation
Add salt, black pepper and oregano to ground lamb. Mix the ground meat with a fork, and let it stay for at least a few hours
Place olive oil in the non-stick pan on medium flame. Cut onion and sauté until golden. Combine meat with the onions and stir-fry until brown, about 5-7 minutes
Put each naked crepe in the microwave for approximately 10 seconds. Take out, add lamb filling to each crepe and roll into cylinder shape. Put on the plate with a bit of Greek yogurt and mixed green salad with your favorite dressing. Serve! |
